They were much more comfortable, and looked more stylish. This is my first pair of "Climate Control" shoes and I didn't really expect to even notice the difference. It makes a huge difference!! It feels like there's always a cool breeze on your feet.I had to buy a half size larger for the correct fit. You can tell they were made for running because they have lots of cushion in front and little less on the heel. Not to mention that I picked them up at a second hand store for $30! Should I have mentioned that? Haha oh well.The ClimaCool is definitely noticeable, as it was a windy day when I wore these the first time, and you can feel the wind blowing through the shoes. I'm looking forward to warmer weather and actually putting the breathability to the test. I tried on several different brands of shoes (Nike - too much arch support, NB - just eh, Saucony - just something about them I didn't like) but the adidas just feel like they were made for me. I have a flat foot and I'm heavy on the heel strike and so far these feel great. But like I said I'm looking forward to putting them to the test.
