I normally wear a women's size 8.5 and my husband wears men's size 9.5. We went up in size first, so I got a W9 and he got a M10. My shoes fit around the foot just fine, but were WAY too long. My toes ended about 2.5-3 inches before the tip of the shoe. Same problem with my husband's. So we returned them (which does cost money) and got W8 and M9. Now, the shoes are the right length but the shoes are way too tight. I am just hoping that they will stretch out, because I'm not returning them again.*Update* These shoes are like little sweat factories. When I wear them, my feet get REALLY sweaty and clammy. And, they still haven't stretched out at all, so they are tight. Also--and I guess I should have expected this--the holes let in a lot of dirt. I saw some advices online about the sizes info, most people said size was too big and have to down size, they were wrong. I am size 8 and ordered size 8, now I have to spend $$$ to send it back to exchange for size 10, size 8 was just too tight on top of the foot and toe. So I suggest you guys if buying, go one size bigger, will be more comfortable to wear.
